Posted in Uncategorized on 03/04/2009 by braddawnInvited a few to come out and pedal for the TOC ’09. Just a few showed up-that meant more Lagunita’s for Sally and I. It rained, it poured-but we got a few good rides in. To view a few photos of one of our rides-along Hwy 1 through Stinson & up Bolinas-Fairfax road to the 7-bitches. mmm good. to view, go to Sally’s blog-Raleigh Commutes. Sally-he devours bacon, I prefer tofu. Raleigh Commutes Blog

It doesn’t matter if you’re sprinting for an Olympic medal, a town sign, a trailhead, or the rest stop with the homemade brownies. If you never confront pain, you’re missing the essence of the sport. Without pain, there’s no adversity. Without adversity, no challenge. Without challenge, no improvement. No improvement, no sense of accomplishment and no deep-down joy. Might as well be playing Tiddly-Winks.”
